Tenneville to Bastogne

More wildlife in the middle of the night. Awoke to shuffling and snuffling, and turned over in our sleeping bags to see a wet nose peeking in under the awning of the tent rustling in our rubbish bag. Apparently badgers like asparagus offcuts. Luckily it scared easier than us, but came back for seconds a couple of hours later. Inbetween badger visits we were also kept awake by what sounded like the entire localitiles farm boys having a big piss up nearby. Awoke in the morning to our first real rain, and waitied in the tent while it poured. All added up to a very late start, luckily we had only a short ride to Bastogne.

Well I did ask for photos. Thanks. You seem to be attracting a lot of wildlife, make sure Luke is washing behind his ears! Not far to your border crossing into Luxenbourg, where does the route follow? We are supposing down to Trieste? Glad you have had some reasonable weather,it has been glorious here and we have had a week off. Have put some photos on when you get a chance to look. We are enjoying English asparagus, not sharing with badgers though.
