Trigona to Meteora

Set off this morning for more well earnt downhill. Coasted along the sinuous road heading towards the rock spires of Meteora that grew ever bigger the hazy distance. Suffered another dog attack just short of our goal. This was merely an over enthusiastic pet that shot out of a driveway hot on Callie's heels. Luckily she was already coasting along at a fast pace, but with the dog gaining on her she managed to accelerate at a previously unknown rate and the dog gave up its pursit skidding to an ungainly halt. Arrived at Kastrki, a small town town nestled below the looming rock spires of Meteora and quickly took advantage of the campsite swimming pool.

Wow,been looking at some of the pics on google earth, impressive or what. I would need more than dog assistance to cycle those roads. Well done.

Swimming pool sounds divine after a day of biking and another dog attack.

Alex is gearing up for BM experience - maybe you should plan on attending this with us one year it is supposed to be wonderful! We got a new camera so will send you the photos Alex takes.
