Fully restored after a couple of days respite, we took advantage of the flat terrain and favourable weather and got some miles under our belt. Ended up in a shoddy hotel. When checking the room prior to agreeing to take it, as is the custom here, Luke failed to notice that the toilet had no cistern. When this was later pointed out to the hotel staff they didn't appear to this it was a problem.
